Customers may request order cancellation before project execution, operational processing, or product customization has begun.
Once operational execution, production, or customization has started, refunds or cancellations may no longer be available.
All refund requests are reviewed individually based on factors including:

Execution or production stage

Type of service or customized product
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking process.
Refunds may be refused in cases involving:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Abuse or misuse of services

Completed operational or project work

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products or services
SEQAA reserves the right to evaluate and determine refund eligibility in accordance with operational policies and applicable regulations.
